Hooligan City is a love letter to the things we grew up on. A Toyline built on Skateboarding, Hardcore and the Grossout Toys of the 80s and 90s. It owes just as much to Toy Machine as it does to Playmates Toys. A place were a kid can have a Tentacle Arm and still shred. But keep your eyes peeled Hooligan City isn’t all fun and games.
